Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid cancellation fees.
Failure to follow the salon’s cancellation policy will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment total or forfeiture of deposit.
Payment of fee is required prior to rescheduling
No-shows will be charged 100% of the original scheduled appointment total & a deposit will be required to reschedule.
2+ no-shows will result in same-day availability only.
Arriving 10+ minutes past appointment time will require rescheduling
Loyalty cards have been discontinued effective February 1st, 2021
